BASE: The WHEDG-IT product range is offered in seven colours. It is a polyurethane free standing container holder designed to fit into car boots and other applications. The supplier of this product is WHEDG-IT, website http://www.whedg-it.co.za.

This product is offered through the LoyaltyPlus Accolades Shopping Mall. The mall offers products from various loyalty programmes under our management or related external suppliers. The on-line purchase process is orchestrated by the LoyaltyPlus Service centre, who then contacts the loyalty programme or supplier who does the product delivery.

Shipping / Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 working days. The delivery process is tracked by the LoyaltyPlus service centre via an order number, and customers are notified via email.

Products are delivered by the supplier, and courier costs are included in the total price as indicated at checkout time.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by the mall is subject to supplier availability. In cases of unavailability or any other unforeseen circumstance, the client will be refunded in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards.

Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for LoyaltyPlus Accolades via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

LoyaltyPlus takes responsibility for managing the purchase process on behalf of the various suppliers, and act as a first point of contact for the clients through the LoyaltyPlus call centre. LoyaltyPlus takes no responsibility for any products or services sold on this website. Product support, warranties, delivery of goods and customer service responsibilities remain that of the supplier or owner of the specific loyalty programme.
